  • I'm interested in joining, what exactly am I getting?

When you join Fit For Life Running, you get a hold of my proven system that has transformed first time runners to strong and confident runners. This will include EVERYTHING from warmup and cooldown programming, strength training protocols, mindset coaching, access to our Fit For Life member app, ongoing support, weekly live coaching calls, and an environment with likeminded runners who are all on the same journey.

  • How is this different than all the other stuff out there?

Most running programs will give you a cookie-cutter set and forget PDF that includes running sessions that don't meet you where you are in your running journey. Other programs usually have you running too far, too hard and doing too much of the same thing. Inside of Fit For Life Run Running, I believe in long term results, which means everything I do is based around enjoyment and sustainability. Afterall I'm here to build you into someone who loves running and all that it brings!

  • Why do I need to qualify to join?

The reason why we're very selective with who we work with is because we only want to work with runners who are committed to getting the most out of their running while fitting it into the rest of their busy life and are the right fit for our community. Afterall, if you bring in anyone and everyone, it's only going to lower the standard of our amazing community, and we refuse to tolerate low standards for ourselves and our clients.

  • What if it doesn't work?

We understand how many BS and cookie cutter running programs are out there, so we don't blame you if you're feeling skeptical. This is why our program comes with GUARANTEED results. Will running take over my life?

Not at all! My programs are designed to fit into your your life, not dominate it and take it over.

Why do I need a running coach?

If you’re serious about starting to run (for the last time) or improving your running, avoiding injuries, and reaching your goals without being side-lined because of niggles, a running coach can make all the difference.

I tailor your program to your own unique needs, guiding you through the proven pillars that keep you accountable and and on track towards smashing your goals. Together, we’ll make sure you’re running smarter, not hard, hard, and harder. Plus we'll get you enjoying the process!

When will I start to improve my running?

I tell my runners that it takes two weeks to see a difference with anything you do. So within two weeks you’ll start to notice improvements. We start with building a strong base and foundation – focusing on taking you from walking to running as well as building your strength.

Over time, you’ll be able to run longer, recover quicker, and develop sky high confidence in your running to help you push further.

I’ll be tracking your progress with you, so we will have clear milestones to celebrate along the way!

I don’t know much about running. How will I know what to do?

That’s exactly why I’m here! I’ll walk you through everything, from the basics of form, pacing, how to fuel your body, and nutrition.

With clear instructions, videos, audio episodes, downloadable e-books and guides, and regular check-ins, you’ll always know what to do next.

My goal is to make running simple, fun, and achievable, no matter your starting point.

Absolutely! Plateaus can come around for a whole host of reasons, so if they pop up we’ll get to the root cause, and put a game-plan together to tackle them together.

I’ll help adjust your training plan to keep you progressing, whether it’s tweaking your workouts, altering your nutrition, or incorporating new recovery strategies. We’re in this together to help you break through any barriers.

Do I get a step-by-step plan to hit my goals?

Yes, you’ll have a detailed, week-by-week, run-by-run plan tailored to your goals.

Whether you’re aiming for your first 5K, 10k or half marathon or a personal best in the Marathon, we’ll break your journey into manageable steps so you always know what’s next.

Every workout will have a purpose, and I’ll be there to guide you through each phase.

Can I complete this program working night shifts?

Yes, your program will be flexible enough to accommodate night shifts. This will be something we dive into during our Run Right Lifestyle Audit when we onboard you to get the full picture of how we can make running fit into your life.

We’ll tailor your schedule to make sure you’re getting enough rest and recovery between runs, and I’ll be there to help adjust as your work routine changes. You can succeed no matter your schedule.

Can I complete this program working a 9-5 job?

Absolutely!

Many of my clients have busy office or work from home work schedules, and we make it work by creating efficient, effective workouts that fit around both their work and life commitments.

We’ll make sure your plan is realistic, sustainable, and with enough built in flexibility to handle whatever life throws at you.

Can I complete this program as a new mum?

Yes! I’ve worked with many new mums who have been cleared for a return to exercise!

If you're a new mum I'll work with you to design a plan that brings you back to running gradually and safely. Your plan will also take into account your energy levels, recovery, and the limited time you have run.
